This service is intended for users 18 years and older. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18. We do not collect dates of birth for browsing or account creation.

Products, availability and totals are presented for evaluation. Submitting the checkout preview creates no purchase, charge, dispatch obligation or payment authorisation.

You are responsible for keeping sign-in access secure and for providing accurate profile information. You may delete your account at any time from your account page; deletion permanently removes your profile, phone number, saved addresses and sizes, bag, wishlist and concierge conversation.

Every confirmation step in the checkout preview and in account deletion can be cancelled before it completes. When live ordering is enabled, orders will be cancellable from your account before dispatch; the exact cancellation window will be published with the final approved policy.

Marketing email is opt-in. You can withdraw consent from Email preferences in your account or from the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email. Essential account messages are not marketing and cannot be switched off while your account exists.

Haseen provides general styling, sizing and care guidance, and is rate limited to protect the service. Recommendations should be checked against the product details shown before any future purchase.

Catalogue descriptions and photography may be refined before commerce launches. Final prices, stock and policies will be confirmed before live orders are enabled.
